Our commitment
Ashley Henson Design, LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control or magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
Every photograph has a text description, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
The menu, the photo slideshow, the gallery and the inquiry form work with a keyboard. The slideshow has a Pause button, and every page with a navigation menu starts with a "Skip to content" link.
Form fields have visible labels, and required fields are marked.
If your device asks for reduced motion, the site turns off most of its decorative animation.
Each release is checked automatically for missing image descriptions, and the pages are tested with Lighthouse and by keyboard.
Known limits
The spam check on the inquiry form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party service we do not control.
On the homepage, the three service sections move through their photos as you scroll. All of the same photos and captions are present in the page for assistive technology.
