This website, ashleyhensondesign.com, is operated by Ashley Henson Design, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company based in Frederick, Maryland. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our services and lets you send an inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. Any event, floral, interior design or boutique work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Ashley Henson Design, LLC.

Descriptions and photographs show past work. Availability, materials and results vary by project, and every project is quoted individually.

Ownership of photos, designs and text

The photographs, designs, text, logo, signature artwork and layout on this site belong to Ashley Henson Design, LLC or are used with the permission of their owners. They are protected by United States copyright and trademark law.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download in bulk, republish, sell or adapt the photographs, designs or text, or present our work as your own, without written permission.

Automated collection of the site's content is not allowed, with one exception: search engines and AI answer engines may crawl the pages as the site's robots.txt file permits, so that they can index, describe and link to the site. That exception does not allow republishing the photographs.

Names and logos of other companies shown on the site belong to those companies. They identify past clients and do not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. Do not try to break or overload it, bypass the spam protection on the inquiry form, send unlawful or abusive content through the form, or use the form to send spam.

Links to other services

The site links to Instagram and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ashley Henson Design, LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

This section covers use of the website only. Liability for services we perform for you is addressed in your written agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in or serving Frederick County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
